After 20 years at Domaine Chandon in the Yarra Valley, Adam joined WNC as a consultant in 2021.  His time at Chandon saw him also make wine in California (Chandon), Margaret River (Cape Mentelle), Marlborough (Cloudy Bay) and India (Chandon).

As Operations Winemaker at Chandon, Adam’s role focused on quality, innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.  He sat on the Management Committee, Workplace Health and Safety Committee and headed the Environment Committee for the business.  On the Innovations Committee, Adam has attended group conferences in Champagne, Argentina, New Zealand and America.

He is a past Vice President of the Yarra Valley Winegrowers Association (Wine Yarra Valley) and has chaired the Organising Committee for the Yarra Valley Wine Show and James Halliday Wine Challenge from 2014 to 2022.  He has guest lectured at Charles Sturt University on sparkling wine production and written for the Wine and Viticulture Journal.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Wine Science) (Charles Sturt University) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hospitality Management) (RMIT).
