Voyager Estate has been a producer of world-class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon for almost 50 years, creating products and experiences that are guided by nature, crafted with care and shared with generosity. Part of the Landsmith Collection, Voyager Estate will also welcome guests from nearby Wallcliffe House, currently being rebuilt as an exclusive boutique hotel.
Voyager Estate is transforming the traditional wine experience and elevating customer expectations with curated and immersive guest experiences that will stay with them for life. As Head of Guest Experience, you will build and inspire a team who are passionate about crafting something genuinely special to be shared with guests.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated to make their mark and deliver something extraordinary. You are operationally strong, commercially aware, a relationship builder, and lead by example. You understand how to drive revenue, develop teams, elevate standards, and create an environment people genuinely want to be part of.

Established in 1978, Voyager Estate is a second-generation family-owned estate in Stevens Valley, Margaret River, Western Australia.
Through a continued focus on sustainability, craft and innovation, they aim to shine a light on Margaret River and their special place in it. All Voyager Estate wines are 100% Estate grown, with a focus on Cabernets and Chardonnays that evoke a true sense of place.
As of 2023, both the winery and vineyard proudly bear full organic certification. The journey towards this achievement commenced in 2017, with the inaugural harvest of certified organic grapes in 2020.
Amidst a sanctuary of lush gardens and rolling lawns, the Cellar Door and Restaurant are housed in a beautiful, white-washed Cape Dutch Manor House, all ringed by estate vineyards and the majestic Marri trees beyond.
