With over 15 years of winemaking experience, Han joined Wine Network as a consultant in 2024. Han has worked with a diverse mix of varieties and wine styles, with extensive experience across small to large scale winery operations. She brings a strong client focus to her work, utilising her background in contract winemaking and client liaison.

Completing 18 vintages in Australia, France and Germany, Han cultivated an interest and in-depth knowledge of cool climate winemaking, with roles at Rob Dolan Wines in the Yarra Valley as a winemaker for 8 years and at Bay of Fires in Tasmania for 3 years. Beginning her career at Accolade’s Berri Estate Winery in South Australia, Han has since developed an expertise in cellar operations, production schedules and lab management, supported by her strong technical and analytical skills.

Originally from China, Han has a unique understanding of both the Australian wine industry and the Chinese market, with established networks and insights into both cultural and consumer aspects of wine business. Han moved to Australia to complete her wine studies at the University of Adelaide, obtaining a Graduate Diploma of Viticulture (2009) and a Master of Oenology (2008). Han also holds a Bachelor of Food Science and Engineering from China Agriculture University (2006).
