Stephanie joined WNC in 2024 as a Consultant and has extensive experience recruiting senior sales, marketing, leadership and innovation professionals for wine businesses. She has spent 20+ years’ working in Executive Search, Marketing, Communications and Advertising, covering the liquor, hospitality, FMCG and retail sectors. Stephanie brings a strategic marketing and creative lens to talent acquisition, ultimately matching the client’s needs with the right candidates.

Understanding marketing communications and brand strategy, Stephanie has worked with a diverse range of wine and drinks businesses throughout Australia and Europe. As Marketing Director at Sarment, Stephanie helped launch a private Sommelier service in the UK, Hong Kong and China. She also spent 4 years leading integrated marketing campaigns for Diageo in Australia. With 6 years of recruitment experience in Australia focused on the drinks industry and FMCG, Stephanie has built a strong network of wine industry professionals.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Commerce (Strategic Management and Marketing) from Monash University and has completed WSET Level 3.
