As Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the DTC sales and brand strategy, building strong customer engagement and driving wine sales growth. Reporting to the Director of Wine, this role will bring to life the fledgling wine club and reinvigorate the cellar door, showcasing the Marnong Wines portfolio. You will manage the Cellar Door Supervisor working closely with the Wine team as well as the wider Marnong Estate team to drive customers to this unique venue.

Through ongoing investment, the 19th century homestead has been fully restored. Modern facilities include a range of wedding and function venues, restaurant, wine bar, accommodation, farm shop and cellar door… with further expansion planned.
The new state-of-the-art, architecturally designed 2,800sqm winery was completed in 2024, built to expand with the ongoing vineyard development plans.
In addition to the high-end winemaking facilities and temperature-controlled cellar, it also includes a private dining room and a commercial kitchen, that will cater to corporate and private events.
The Estate’s first vines were planted in 2016 and ongoing vineyard development work has expanded operations to include sites in Macedon, with a total of 34 Ha currently under vine. Recent additional planting includes an 8000 per Ha Chardonnay plot, with further growth plans underway.
The diverse mix of varieties include Chardonnay, Fiano, Pinot Grigio, Glera, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Sangiovese, Montepulciano.
